I’ve had a look at it and it looks good. I’ve not had a loads of Filipino food, but there is a cafe near me which I’ve been to a couple of times. All pretty good but I have nothing to compare it to, as it’s the only place I’ve been. Yesterday I went to a nice Indian street food place called Chatori Gali, got some samosas and chaat bombs. I did try upload a photo to this chat but it wouldn’t work.

Arroz Caldo today. Putangina kind of made it for me (Never actually made it before) but it turned out very well. So full now 😋

Went for pints with scaldrid and de3win today and was talking about smoking meats. Scaldrid was saying he wants to get into it and do some pastrami. I said we’ll have to get over to yours at some point and make use of your gear for it
